More Christmas

Spencer got a rocking pony for Christmas! A little big right now, but Jocelyn sure loves to play with it!!
3-D story time! I got to be the big bad wolf and guess who the princess is.

Grandma and Grandpa's are here!!

Jocelyn had her 2 grandpa's decorating

Christmas ornaments. What fun!When grandma came from Vernon she brought Jocelyn an early present. A new coat! Just the right colour for her.

She had to go out and test it with her grandpa's in -20. They shovelled the walk and she played it the snowbanks.

Tree Decorating

Time for trimming the tree!! The day that we went to get the tree it was a nice -30 without the windchill!! Yikes!

Spencer's contribution was giggles and kicks.Jocelyn did a super job decorating. Of course we had to decorate in our pajamas!
VOILA!!

Pre-Christmas

Jocelyn was an angel in a small production at school.

Afterwards they had a little party in the class.Earlier in the week Jocelyn, Sean and I decorated some gingerbread that we made. Jocelyn went a little crazy on the gumdrops for the bell.

Cookie Decorating

Jocelyn and I met Gramma Terri and Gavin at Southcentre Mall for some gingerbread decorating. Spencer was there too, but it was all

too exciting for him and he slept the whole time. It was great fun! They got icing and sprinkles to decorate their cookies with. Gavin was more interested in eating the icing, Jocelyn wanted to make

her gingerbread into Santa. After the decorating they got to watch Rudolf and eat their cookies. What a great time and all for free too!

Gingerbread Train

This year Jocelyn wanted to decorate a gingerbread train instead of the traditional house.

She put all the candies on while I did the icing.

After we were done Jocelyn proceeded to run up and down the stairs a few times from the sugar rush she got. Of coarse she had to "try" the candy to see if it was okay. We had a great time!

It's starting to look like Christmas!

We had our first huge dump of snow. 15 cm fell in one day. Jocelyn and Adara had a great time making snow angels and snowmen.

5th Birthday Bash!

Jocelyn had a birthday party at Build-a-Bear this year.

She made a female reindeer. All the kids got to pick out what type of "bear" they wanted to make. They gave their satin hearts lots of love and then put them inside their stuffies.Then the outfits were picked and they all dressed their animals.Her reindeer got a pretty Christmas dress, some ruby shoes and a hat and scarf.They all had a great time! It's the perfect party to have. No mess!!Jocelyn got to pick out the cake that she wanted.
