Grandma & Grandpa's

Jocelyn, Spencer and I drove to Vernon this summer for a visit with my mom and Doug.

Stampede Breakfasts

Face painting is the best for the kids. Everyone loves a cute kitty.

Wow, what a riot we had a Stampede this year. Don was of course here and we went with Adara and her parents. The girls had a blast!! Their was so much to do and so little time. Rides, rides and more rides please mom. Thanks Grandpa for all the ride tickets!

Ros, Maida, Steve & Preston

Don's sister Ros was in town from Prague. We invited them over for dinner and had a great time. Preston is very awake now and is starting to form a personality. Ros is having a wonderful visit and loves it in Prague. Maida and Steve are great parents!

A day at the beach!

Jocelyn loves the warm sand on the beach. She goes in the water to cool off and then lays in the sand to get warm again. Oh to be young and not care where the sand goes or how dirty you get.

Spencer has discovered sand too. He tries to eat it of course! He really loves the water. I'm glad that I have two water babies.

Spruce Meadows

While Don was here we went to Spruce Meadows. It was a beautiful day, and wasn't very busy. We walked around and watched some jumping too. It's very nice there and all for free.

Jocelyn and Adara

Singing in the rain! We had a thunder shower and Jocelyn and Adara thought it would be fun to play in the rain. They got soaked, but had a great time dancing in the rain and counting lighting strikes!! Good thing none were too close.

Ice cream in the sun. Adara lives in the house right next to us and has fast become Jocelyn's best friend. They are inseperable!! It's great that she has someone the same age so close to play with.
