January Visit!!

A bit delayed, but here's something for January!
My brother came for a visit, so much fun. It was COLD, -25 everyday WITHOUT the windchill!
We did a lot of indoor stuff, just relaxed, it was wonderful.
Ah, brother and sister! I got the shaft on the height thing though.Spencer was ready for a nap, he climbed up on Tim and just sat there in a daze.Jocelyn was at school most of the time, so Tim got a lot of time to get to know Spencer. Spencer thought it was the funniest thing in the world to get shot by the nerf guns. Of coarse we had to play some video games! The kids just adore their uncle. I'm pretty sure he likes being called uncle too!

K'nex Madness

Jocelyn got this rollercoaster for Christmas. A little time consuming to put together, but man does it ever work well!Spencer thought that it was very cool.Sean had so much fun putting the first one together that he went and got this ferris wheel.
Jocelyn put all her little lego men on it so that they could have a ride.

Outdoor Fun

We went skating under the Christmas lights one night. It was fabulous!Jocelyn is getting really good at skating! It was a ton of fun. They do a great job at the lake maintaining the ice.
Jocelyn was getting a little tired after an hour or so of skating.
Then I had to pull BOTH of them around.
Tobagganing was a ton of fun too.
This was the little hill. Much safer......it was pretty icy.
Do you think she's having a good time?

Spencer's BIG Present

Spencer got a train table for Christmas, Doug and Sean managed to put it together on Christmas Eve. Good thing we had lots of wine. The reveal! Jocelyn gives it the two thumbs up. He absolutely LOVES the table......GREAT gift!

Christmas!

We had some nice weather before Christmas and managed to get up a few lights. So much easier to put up on a bungalow!
Jocelyn was very excited about Christmas this year. She fell asleep with her santa hat on!Santa came!!! Holy cripes did he EVER!!Just a FEW bottles of wine! MmmmmmTons of gifts....so much fun!EVERY present that Spencer opened HAD to be played with right away! Grandpa Doug was the go to guy with the tools to open the boxes.Big bow on my beautiful girl.Looks like a flapper girl!
