Miscellaneous Easter Fun

Grandma Michele and Grandpa Doug sent an Easter parcel, and was it packed FULL of fun stuff! Spencer's favourite "CAAARRR!!!"

Pretty chocolates in bug boxes, cute!Spencer got a bumblebee and then wanted to have Jocelyn's ladybug too!! He LOVES chocolate! The bunny that poops out jelly beans!! Too much!

Jocelyn's hat from Grandma Terri, how PERFECT!! This little train was by far the best thing the Easter Bunny left for Spencer!!

I don't think she could have gotten any more icing on this cookie if she tried!

Spring Like Weather

These few pictures were taken down at the boat launch. Jocelyn and Spencer had tons of fun throwing rocks onto the ice.

Spencer wanted this huge rock. He tried really hard to pick it up!The best was when the rocks crashed through the ice!Beautiful!Jocelyn got a scooter for Easter from Grandpa Don. Of coarse Spencer had to have a go too!By the time we were at the bottom of this hill, Jocelyn had gotten pretty good on the scooter.

We spent Easter at the cabin this year and Spencer got his present a little early from Grandpa Don. "Oh, Buppa, what's this?"

Spencer could hardly wait for Grandpa to open it. Notice the tippy-toes, he couldn't get it out of the box fast enough.

Getting Ready

For Easter and Sean's birthday we decided to go to the cabin. Grandpa Don came into town and we left on Thursday night. While we were trying to get ready Jocelyn and Spencer were "helping" to pack!I can't believe how well they play together!

Good Times

Grandpa Tim and Grandma Terri came over for a quick visit. Jocelyn wanted to play a game with Terri and of course Spencer had to join in. They were playing "Ants in your Pants" where you have these little ants that you flick into a puppies pants. I don't think I've ever heard Spencer laugh so hard. I wish that my battery on the video camera was charged at the time!

Easter Bonnet Day

Jocelyn had to make an Easter bonnet for school. This is what she came up with! We had so much fun putting it together.She is very proud of her bonnet!

Story Time

Both Spencer and Jocelyn love to read before bed. I think Dr. Seuss has to be one of my favourites. Sometimes a little hard to read the tongue twisters!
